Tracey DeMaria

Tracey DeMaria

Tracey DeMaria’s journey to structured settlements began in an unexpected place: managing operations at a New York City homeless shelter. After graduating from Binghamton University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Marketing, it was there that helping a colleague with a personal injury lawsuit opened the door to the legal world—and ultimately to her life’s work.

She began her career as a paralegal with a law firm in New York, giving her a unique understanding of both the legal and financial aspects of personal injury litigation. After transitioning to a firm closer to home following the birth of her son, she was put in charge of the structured settlement department—where she discovered her passion for helping injury victims secure their financial futures. She then joined a prominent structured settlement brokerage where she spent over two decades honing her expertise.

As Finn Financial Group’s Case Manager and Document Coordinator, she brings over 20 years of specialized experience in structured settlements and settlement planning. She brings experience from both plaintiff and defense perspectives, managing complex cases with precision and care.

Her expertise extends beyond traditional structured settlements to include non-qualified assignments, Medicare and Medicaid lien resolution, Medicare Set-Asides, Structured Installment Sales, Qualified Settlement Funds (QSFs), and trust administration. Her thorough approach and attention to detail ensure every case is handled professionally and efficiently.

A devoted basketball mom for over 20 years, Tracey brings that same dedication to every client. “I treat each case like it was for a family member,” she says—and that personal commitment shows in everything she does.
